The registration for the 2020 Indiana Baha’i Summer School is now open!
You can register here
This year the Summer School will take place July 25th and 26th, and will be held online with some local options. The main program is titled ‘Walking Together on a Path Towards Race Unity and Oneness II’. (Part 1 is not required). This program is an engaging series of sessions working on practical ways that we can work together in our families and with our friends on this critical issue. All participants ages 8 years and up will be working together. There will be special children’s classes offered for children ages 4-7.
There is no cost to attend the Summer School. Everyone is invited, and Baha’is are encouraged to invite people in their neighborhoods from diverse backgrounds to participate in a conversation on race amity and oneness. You don’t have to be in Indiana to participate.
The weekend will also include Children’s Classes, a Celebration of the Arts, a Home Visit Refresher class, a Devotional Refresher Class, and more.
If you’ve attended Summer School before, you probably remember our Celebration of the Arts evening event. This year you’ll need to sign up early when you register. If you are at all interested, please select the option during registration. If you have any questions, please contact Andy Qualls – firstname.lastname@example.org (812 606 0668)
Most of the sessions will take place online through the Zoom platform. If you haven’t used Zoom before, all you need is a smartphone or computer with an internet connection and sound.
Please direct any questions or suggestions about the Indiana Baha’i Summer School to Mike Gray, the INBSS Committee Secretary at email@example.com or 847-420-8391.
We look forward to seeing you this month!
